The outing that becomes part of the stay
A Moke experience gives guests a new way to discover the places just beyond your property.

Make room for a little spontaneity
Some of the best holiday memories begin with a simple suggestion: a nearby café, a neighborhood worth exploring, or a place to stop for a view. An on-property Moke can make those local outings feel inviting.
The experience starts before the drive
Guests need to know what is available, where they can go, and how to book. Clear instructions and thoughtful recommendations help them set off with confidence.
Keep the local picture in view
Suitable routes depend on the vehicle and the destination. Charging, weather, operating hours, and return instructions all belong in the guest briefing.
Let the memories speak for themselves
An open-air outing creates its own moments. See guest imagery from the Ohana experience, or talk with us about a program for your property.
Put the practical answers close to the invitation
A beautiful photograph may start the conversation, but useful information helps a guest take the next step. Explain who can book, how to find the pickup point, and where the program’s operating instructions are shared. Public rentals and guest-only hotel programs need different introductions.
Give staff a short reference they can use consistently: the booking link, the contact for help, and the questions that must be answered by the operator. Clear handoffs are especially useful when a concierge recommends the experience before the guest has made a reservation.
Connect the guest view with the operator view
The booking experience and daily fleet activity belong together. Operators need to see reservations, payments, and vehicle status so that the promise made to the guest can be supported on the ground. See the Ohana platform for the customer and operator perspectives.
Agree who checks the vehicle before departure, receives it on return, and follows up on reported issues. Software supports that process; it does not remove the need for named operational responsibilities.
Make room for feedback
Ask what guests found easy and what needed explanation. Review feedback alongside actual bookings and support requests. Share guest photographs only with the appropriate permission, and distinguish an enjoyable moment from a measured claim about business results.
